Biodiversity on the Menu

Being well aware that the menu matters in terms of preserving biodiversity, our Chef Franklin emphasizes dishes made with organic grown products manufactured in an environmentally responsible way. Thus, on the menu, the dishes valuing biodiversity are marked with a symbol, so everyone can compose his own menu. Strong relationships have been established with local producers: breeders, fishermen or farmers, many professionals who are using valuable, eco-friendly expertise.
